Whether you’re planning your first renovation or your tenth, the team at Benchmark Kitchen & Bath is here to guide you from concept to completion. Explore answers to some of our most frequently asked questions and contact us to discuss your project.
Q: What types of spaces do you design?
A: We design spaces of all kinds—from kitchens to mudrooms, laundry rooms, playrooms, entertainment centers, and more. Whether you’re refreshing a single room or completing a full-home renovation, we work closely with homeowners, builders, interior designers, and contractors to bring each vision to life.
We also support commercial projects for businesses of all sizes throughout New England.
Q: Do you offer custom cabinetry?
A: Yes. We offer stock, semi-custom, and fully custom cabinetry solutions. This allows us to recommend the best fit for your space, style, functionality needs, and budget.
Q: What other services do you offer? Do you sell countertops?
A: Absolutely. Our full-service design process can include space planning, floor plan development, cabinetry design, countertop selection, hardware and accessories, interior storage solutions, backsplash and tile selection, and finishing details down to the color of your grout! We focus on creating spaces that feel cohesive, functional, and tailored to your lifestyle.
Q: Do you sell plumbing fixtures?
A: We do not. We can supply sinks as part of a countertop order and provide recommendations for local and national supply vendors where appropriate.
Q: Do you have in-stock vanities I can take home?
A: We do not. We design and order each product specifically for clients and do not carry ready-to-install inventory in our showroom.
Q: What type of budget should I expect for my project?
A: Every project is unique. Pricing depends on factors such as cabinet quantity and style, countertop materials, layout complexity, accessories, and overall scope. If you have a target budget, we’ll help you make thoughtful selections to achieve your goals. Reach out to our team to get started.
Q: I don’t live in Salem, Massachusetts or the surrounding area. Can you still help with my project?
A: Yes. We work with clients throughout New England and maintain strong relationships with trusted vendors and service providers across the region. Depending on your project scope and location, we can either assist directly or connect you with a trusted partner best suited to your needs.
